The B’more Butt Lift focuses on making your buttocks stand out by eliminating the “muffin top” fat around your  waist. This procedure uses Lipo 360, a circumferential liposuction technique that removes fat around your entire torso. Many women have a muffin top that hides their natural buttocks. By removing this fat from the abdomen, flanks, and lower back, we reveal how much more prominent your buttocks truly are.

Will the Procedure Increase My Butt Size?

By strategically removing fat from your waist and above the buttocks, the B’more Butt Lift makes your buttocks look larger. In most cases, you already have more buttock volume than you realize—the excess fat in your muffin top hides it!

However, if you’re looking for a major size increase or added volume to your hips and buttocks, the Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) could be a better option. The BBL sculpts your torso and adds volume to your buttocks with fat injections, unlike the B’more Butt Lift, which enhances your natural shape.

Using facial implants, Dr. Rodriguez can reshape your facial structure and fine-tune the look you want to achieve. Typically, patients focus on one area such as the cheeks, chin, or jaw. However, you can have two or even three types of implants at the same time.

Fat transfer, also known as fat grafting, involves taking fat from one part of your body and injecting it into another to restore volume and create a natural appearance. This procedure works particularly well for facial areas like the cheeks, nasolabial folds, jawline, and under-eye regions.

The method restores lost volume due to aging, weight loss, or laser damage. In addition to creating a youthful appearance, the injected fat also nourishes the skin and boosts blood supply.

In the last two decades, advances in fat grafting have made the procedure even more effective. In my Baltimore practice, I frequently use fat grafting to complement other procedures such as the Brow Lift and lower facelift. It is also used as an alternative to the full Facelift procedure.

Breast reduction, or Reduction mammaplasty, is a plastic surgery procedure that removes excess skin and fatty tissue, lifting the breasts and making them smaller. Because it’s often used to relieve pain associated with having large breasts, it is considered reconstructive surgery and is frequently covered by medical insurance.

A lip lift commonly refers to an upper lip lift, a cosmetic surgery procedure that raises the upper lip to create a more youthful, relaxed smile. However, there are two types of lip lifts: Upper lip lifts and Corner lip lifts.

A Brow Lift, (also called a Forehead Lift), is a surgery that raises the eyebrows to a more youthful position. It helps make your face look younger, as the eyes are a key focus. The procedure can be done with small incisions in your scalp using an endoscope, and recovery usually takes about a week.

If you have droopy upper eyelids, a Brow Lift can make your eyes look more rested and refreshed. It also lifts the upper cheeks and temples for a younger appearance. After a Brow Lift, you may not need Botox or Xeomin injections for forehead wrinkles, as the Brow Lift provides a long-lasting solution.

A neck lift is a surgical procedure that defines the neckline and tightens loose skin around the jawline (jowls). It can also reduce neck banding, creating a smoother and more youthful appearance. There are two types of neck lifts, each serving different patient needs.

A breast lift with implants combines two procedures: a breast lift (mastopexy) and breast augmentation. The lift repositions the breasts higher on the chest, while the implant restores fullness, particularly in the upper part of the breast.

The use of Durasorb or Galaflex internal bra tissue matrix for internal bra support is sometimes used with this procedure.

When performed together, the lift and augmentation require less skin removal, resulting in fewer scars.

Laser resurfacing of the skin is a method to make the skin of the face appear younger-looking. Generally speaking, the laser creates damage to the top layers of the skin, which has the immediate result of a tightening of the skin. The procedure can be performed in an office setting under local anesthesia, or it can be performed in the operating suite at the same time other procedures are being done.

There are now many types of lasers on the market. I am not a fan of laser therapy. I believe that many types of lasers damage adipose stem cells and the tissue matrix. We have seen patients with fat atrophy in the facial area after laser therapy. Over the past 20 years, patients from all over the world have contacted me to repair damage done by various types of lasers.

A Posterior Butt Lift is a skin-tightening procedure that removes loose, hanging skin from above the buttocks. By removing this skin, the buttock tissues are lifted, improving the overall contour and giving a more youthful, perky appearance. It is especially suitable for patients who have lost significant weight through dieting, gastric bypass, or weight loss drugs like Ozempic.

Lip augmentation is a procedure that gives you fuller lips and can be performed on the upper lip, lower lip, or both lips. The lip can be augmented with your own tissues (Fat transfer) or biological tissue fillers (Juvederm or Restylane). Results with biologic fillers typically last 6-9 months, while your own fat is a more long lasting solution.

Lip augmentation is very popular because it produces immediate results which can be subtle or dramatic. The degree of fullness of each lip (upper and lower) can be controlled as your lips can be injected with different amounts.

If you choose to augment your lips with Restylane or Juvederm, those injections will be performed by Dr. Rodriguez personally.
