  • Baltimore Breast augmentation (Breast implants)

The Breast augmentation, or Augmentation mammoplasty procedure, enlarges your breast. This can be done with either silicone or saline implants, as well as using your own fat. High-profile implants can be used if the patient wants more upper pole fullness in the breast. Patients select their size and shape at the pre-op consult.

  • Baltimore Breast lift (Mastopexy)

A Breast lift tightens and removes excess skin, raising the nipple and breast tissue to create a firmer, more lifted look. Most women have the procedure on both breasts, but it can be done on just one side to correct asymmetry.

The more sagging you have, the more extensive your surgery will be. The surgeon’s technique and skill determine how much scarring you’ll have.

Over time, the skin and ligaments that support your breasts stretch and weaken. This process is sped up with pregnancy or weight loss. A Breast Lift focuses on removing extra skin and repositioning the nipple to give you a more youthful look.

  • Baltimore Gynecomastia (male breast reduction)

Gynecomastia, commonly referred to as “man boobs”, is the enlargement of breast tissue in men. Gynecomastia surgery, also called “male breast reduction”, is one of the most popular cosmetic procedures for men. While some men undergoing this surgery are overweight, many are not. The procedure can be performed under local or IV anesthesia, and most patients return to work within a week.

  • Baltimore Breast Lift with Implants

A breast lift with implants combines two procedures: a breast lift (mastopexy) and breast augmentation. The lift repositions the breasts higher on the chest, while the implant restores fullness, particularly in the upper part of the breast.

The use of Durasorb or Galaflex tissue matrix for internal bra support is sometimes used with this procedure.

When performed together, the lift and augmentation require less skin removal, resulting in fewer scars.
