This 106 lb. patient chose two different size implants to help her achieve symmetry with her breasts. She chose a 450 cc High Profile Silicone Implant for her right breast and a 475 cc High Profile Silicone Implant for her left breast. In her consultation with Dr. Ricardo Rodriguez she discussed her goals to have even sized larger breasts with noticeable cleavage and no visible scar. Dr. Rodriguez performed her surgery using the armpit (axillary) incision to place her silicone implants under the muscle. As you can see this patient has no visible scars and her results are great!

This patient in her 70’s underwent neck lift surgery to reduce the amount of extra skin on her neck, sometimes referred to as turkey neck, and improve her profile.

The final measurement of the space between the base of the nose and the top border of the upper lip was 1.0 cm (10 mm).

Before having the Lip Lift procedure, this female patient seemed to have a unhappy expression on her face. The Lip Lift changed the shape of her mouth to give her a natural, relaxed pleasant expression.

This 49 year old patient had a lip lift to reduce the distance between the base of her nose and the top of her upper lip for a fuller smile with a little less of a frown.

This patient in her 40’s underwent a Lip Lift with Dr. Rodriguez in Baltimore to remove a small amount of space between her nose and upper lip. Although only one week post op in the these photos, this patient had a dramatic transformation with the Lip Lift.

The Lip Lift lifts the upper lip such that the patient has a more pleasing expression. Original pre-op distance from vermillion border to nose was 1.8 cm (18 mm), and final post op measurement was 1.2 cm (12 mm).

This patient had a desire for full lips. Dr. Rodriguez enhanced this patient’s upper and lower lips with fat injections, sometimes known as a Fat Transfer to the lips.
